“A Place with History” was created in 2023, to celebrate those special places and environments that have been there for us throughout our lifetimes and which continue to provide wonderful memories for us, such as the cottage! This piece was created using acrylic paints on amazing Terra Skin paper which is made from ground up stone, and was then mounted to a cradled birch panel. When I look at this painting I see an island, rocks, a shelter, and a place that will be in my life forever. The depth of the birch panel is 1 1/2″.
