Soapstone – base found Ontario Granite – pebbles found Lake Superior
This sculpture was created by time following what was to be revealed. The stone allowed the elements to be seen as I followed its lead. Now more than ever I feel the solidness and stability of form yet its flowing movements of curves. The granite base firmly anchors this artwork yet the pebbles are somewhat precarious.
