This is an Island near Killarney. I love the geology of georgian Bay … the different patterns of rocks juxtaposed with the grasses and vegetation.
It is fluid acrylic on gallery birch ply panel . It comes with a floater black frame which is easily removed if you choose not to have it.
I like to work with layers of translucent layers building depth in a painting.
I take commissions if you have a special spot from your cottage or places you have travelled.
