Cresting the Crack

Additional Information

This piece was inspired by our many trips to The Crack in Killarney Provincial Park. It turned into a sculpted painting, which we now do handpainted casts from. The original carving was sold and the size was 16 x 24.

But this one is flat print. Our Giclee Prints are made with Archival Watercolour Paper (hot pressed and Acid Free), then applied to Birch Ply 1 1 /2” Panels. Each panel has painted edges, and is signed by the artists, Carol Currie and Stuart Leggett, and is wired for hanging.

A Giclee is a type of digital fine-art print most often associated with reproductions. It is an inkjet-based digital print used as fine art.

All prints can be ordered in other sizes by inquiring at 705.427.9446, and can be viewed in our Midland Studio.

note: We also take commissions to suit your style and space. If you send us a photo of your space, we can superimpose by photoshop what the subject would look like in your space, free of charge. 80% of our works are by commission basis. We are booked with commissions until end of October but you can get in queue..
