From a wonderful canoe trip into Point Grondine First Nation a few years ago. Shortly before I sketched this out, I had to land my canoe to take a leak. As I came into land I startled a momma bear and her three cubs. Not sure who was more scared, them or I(it was them). The wee ones booked it forty feet up a pine tree as mom stayed below to keep an eye on me as I finished up. Unframed but painted around sides on 1.5 inch gallery wrapped canvas.
